I know exactly what you mean.... Much like that
one old guy that constantly gripes about how everyone whines, or how everyone's some liberal pansy, or how things just aren't done like they were in Nineteen-ought-six... and even worse when they have always have some random story that accompanies the gripe even if that story sometimes has very little to actually do with the thing everyone else is talking about...
