This is true except for a couple of minor points.... It is not Tnetics, or Garrett based stuff that I use primarily, but Bullseye Power, who builds some custom Borg Warner based stuff. There is a plan to do these kits, including but not limited to Turbos, headers, intercoolers, fuel system, exhaust, and a stand alone engine management system to control everything. It will include every single nut bolt and screw to bolt this stuff on.
