I need some help please!

My 97 SLS recently had the HG's done and it has began to overheat. However, this time it is a little different in that it heats up in less than a couple of miles/Kms and my thinking it is the thermostat (stuck closed) or the waterpump. When the problem with the HG began it would take as long as 25-30 miles to heat up. Now its real quick!

Any suggestions?
