just wanted all to know this man is really here to help......

as you guys may recall my computer died along with all my data.....the harddrive is unrecoverable unless the disc is extracted and the data collected which MEANS huge $$$$$, 260 to 1,600...don't need the data that bad....

but craig was taking time away from PAYING customers to try and get me a stock tune to recreate my stock HPTuners file for backup and RE-FLASH to stock if needed.....

i felt important and hadn't spent a dime.......service like that MEANS LOADS to me and i figured others would appreciate knowing that you are here to help......

our next conversation will include a phone call and lowering springs......
