there are many designs out there.
Why dont you just try it for fit?

Not sure the height is that important as long as the top is straight when the back pads touch it.

also, you could easily make a really nice one out of plywood, i will email you a pic if you like.

If you think the height is important, simply extend the Miatta stand if the Allante top fits. Not so hard to drill and bolt on extensions in aluminum. A lot cheaper also. The stand cost of $200 can be better spent towards good tires.
