I am geek enough to have done this. I used a 2-3 mile flat stretch of interstate along my daily commute, using cruise control and the car-computer's average MPG reading.
55 mph 25.4 mpg on 4 runs
60 mph 24.0 mpg on 6 runs
65 mph 24.2 mpg 5 runs
70 mph 21.5 mpg 5 runs
75 mph 19.2 mpg 3 runs
This is on a 5-speed AWD V8.
