| Re: Might buy this 89 deElegance Always be wary of mileage on non-digital odometers. Most of these cars should be well over 100K but they all seem have 75K or 85K. And use CARFAX and other vehicle history reports with care as they're not always accurate. I've pulled many, many reports and have found lots of errors.
Better to look at the overall condition of the car to judge the mileage - at least you'll have a better "feel" for it. And take everything else in kind.
Look at the pedals, are they too new or too worn? Etc. Seats, bolsters, steering wheel. All those things make a difference. Again, are they too new or too old or do they fit the car? |
