some people swear by this..but honestly, I've never tried it (even though my allergies are pretty bad right now)
But go to a local natural foods store and find raw honey that has been locally produced. The theory is that it acts sort of like immunizations do..because it's made with pollen from plants in your area.
I know people who use it for that and swear it works...so if you like honey, it wouldn't hurt to try. A lot of times places like that also have tons of information on other natural remedies to try. |
