FG2's are also knows as Nurburghring shocks. To get a better ring time, GM introduced these shock, which are stiffer than the standard FE4's that come standard.
You can check by looking at the struts on the car. The sticker on the struts will be rimmed in fucia/purple/pink color. If the rim is solid fucia, you have FE4's, if it's checkerboarded black and fucia, you have FG2's. You should check, as a dealer or two has been known to charge for them, and then not install, and then resell
All CTS-V's have headlight washers, that come on when you use your window washers. They pop out from the triangular section on the inside of the light. Most people never see them, because they are in the car, when the are used
