Huh. EXCELLENT customer service, as far as I'm concerned.
On the TV thing, if consumers don't do their research and are talked into buying crap or buy crap unintentionally, too goddamned bad. It's not the store's fault that the consumer doesn't know what the hell they want to buy. |
