The fact they're trying to grill Pepper Jack cheese.....it's just does not come out right. It's much thicker than American, and it just doesn't taste, look or feel right when you're eating it. Don't get me wrong...I LOVE my Baconators, just not the ones with Pepper Jack cheese on them. And I normally like Pepper Jack cheese....cold or room temp.
