Simply saying an "06 with 20K" doesn't speak to the condition of the vehicle, the condition as seen by the people taking the trade. It sounds like they are low balling the hell out of you, but we don't know the history of the car and it's current condition.

I was offered 26K sight unseen for my 05 V that had 36,6K on it. When they actually inspected it in person I got 28K for it. Part of that was due to me carrying copies of KBB and NADA with me to show what is should be worth in it's condition as a Trade-In and since I kept up all scheduled maintenance done at that dealership they knew it was taken care of. Plus I had a few Mods on it like headers and the Corsa exhaust, and although that is generally worthless to them to resale on the car, they can have it removed and make money from selling the parts, recouping some of what they offer me in trade. The headers were removed but the Corsa stayed on it since it was a GM authorized exhaust. They originally listed the car for 32.5K and I believe it sold for 30.5K. So they make approx. 2K on my car and another 1-2K on the car I bought with them.
