Mine does that every time it's remote started....

Seems to not have any negative effect beyond the whole "Service Theft System message" and the invalid key code. Everything works as advertised.

I really don't know if the passkey ISNT being bypassed properly - Would the car even start then?? Or if even though the passkey is being bypassed and allowing the car to start, the ignition cylinder still complains that the proper key isn't in the cylinder....
