do a search or look in the FAQ, the parts & part numbers & costs are there.... expect a day's work + ~800-1800 in parts (depending on where & what you buy)
eh, thats not totally tru... U can avoid the brake duct thing all together and as for the fog housing brakets, Brent has a write up some where on how he worked around that.

I havent done it myself yet, so I am not gonna get into specifics... I'll let someone else chime in.

EDIT: i did find this http://www.cadillacfaq.com/faq/answers/v-frontend.html But I just talked to Jon the other day and he just did this conversion. He said the biggest pain was cutting his own brake ducts (optional).

He said nothing about:

25750634 Right Bumper Extension (new inner fender well cover)

25750635 Left Bumper Extension

25752695 Lower Air Deflector (the lower engine cover/deflector)

I never heard of anyone mention any of those parts being needed. Those are all the plastic liners under there. I am assuming these would be needed if u wanted the brake ducts to be functional. Even tho Jon cut the base CTS ones him self.
