I would reformat your current drive to FAT 32 and try that first. I'm not surprised by the reboot -- the system may have been trying to reset itself to read the unknown format. If it sees the format it understands, it likely won't reset. Be advised that, depending how many songs you have on the drive, it can take awhile for the system to catalog them. Once it does, in the menu they'll look just like songs on the HDD or CDs for that matter. I have over 2,500 songs on the drive and it takes about 3-4 minutes to catalog them all. |
