It is a U3 enabled flash drive, which I figured was part of the problem (even tho the Lincoln handled it (MS)). I looked how to remove U3 this morning, so I will be doing that when I get home and try the flash drive again.
The hard drive was a 250 GB Simplitech, and as soon as I plugged that in, she rebooted and went thru the little Cadillac intro.
Do you happen to have the model number of the WD drive that worked for you? I will give that one a shot.
I also have a call into my salesman, and told him to get me a list of supported devices, or at least some specs, so I'll let you know what I find out.
