Re: Make a sitcky for found RWD Cads for sale?

Whoa, that '59 is uber-rare because it's a 62 series (not the 63s/deville), but it has the the tri-carb setup that was only optional and standard on the Eldos. That 40k looks like a fair deal for a '59 in that condition and with that engine setup. A/C and cruise would make it the perfect deal.....but 35 would be better. First concern, though, where are you gonna get 40k to blow and another 50k+to restore. I'm not saying it a bad cause, but are you sure it's worth it? I mean you buy a restored one for about 3/4 the cost of restoring one yourself.

You and me are alike though; the '59 convertible is my absolute favorite car, and I WILL have one some day, but right now the the 80s/90s Cads will have to suffice until I come across my millions...lol... When I first got into Cads, I was only interested in the '59, '58, '56... all the way down to '53 (don't like the '57's fins). When I realized I wasn't gonna be able to find little old ladies offering smashing deals on them anymore, I went with ones I could afford. Here's the one I want, with no other changes than A/C, cruise and the tri-carb setup (the Eldo's are just to uber-rare for me to enjoy and don't have the lines I like for the '59)
