This user bears some responsibility here for not doing his homework. If I'm critical it's because I've been around long enough to see people come here demanding GM fix their defective (third owner) used car for free, "because it's a Cadillac." If your expectations are realistic you get a sympathetic ear. If you're hear with fantastic demands or just to bash on GM/Cadillac you get what you give.
