You CAN do this. Today is day 250 since I quit my 40 year Marlboro habit, a good pack a day more when drinking. I guarantee you it is worth the pain. Over the years I tried every gadget and gizmo, patch gum, pills but cold turkey was the way I finally did it. In the 250 days I cheated 3 times, all drunk but that was it. In NJ you can't smoke anywhere and at work we have to hike out to the middle of the parking lot. I got sick of freezing my ass off and at 6 bucks a pack the money was pissing me off too. It always made me laugh, for our cars nothing is too good, the best oil and fuel and wax and nothing but the best went in to the car while we slowly poison our selves smoking. It may take a good 6 months but you will feel great. Hang in, don't let a little tobacco kick your ass.
