Yes, your TPMS can be removed for their current wheels and put on new wheels. Just how easy or difficult this is depends on the new wheels. Some wheels are made to accept TPMS without modification. Others may require you to band the sensors to the wheels.

If you remove the sensors from your current wheels and put them on the new wheels on the same corner of the car, then you will not even need to rematch the TPMS using the procedure above.
