WOW!!!! If i was treated like that i would help all the other people who buy cars at that dealer and make your sales transaction information aviable to cadillac zone office. In the back of your owners manuel is a phone number to get names etc. No more verbalization make it hard copy. I have purchased 19 cadillacs and Never had a story like yours to tell.
