The M5 is not parts bin engineering like the V.

Have you seen the Brake Rotors on an M5?
I forget what that technology is called but the disk is floating on pins.
The M5 engine is a V10 with formula-1 trickle down engineering behind it.

I'm just saying GM should not double the price, just because BMW does.
That would be insulting to our intellegence.
The next V will be very economical for GM to build (with a parts bin drivetrain) and GM should price it to us accordingly.

GM may need to cover their warranty costs though, so on that point, I could see a big price bump.
