He didn't die in TLC and hasn't been mentioned since how can you say hes dead? He lived for thousands of years before anyway so whats stopping Theresa considering how powerful she is.

How can you be so naive? There are other characters in the fable world that have lived for 500 + years such as Scythe and it wouldn't be hard for Lionhead to draft up a story to explain why shes still alive. This is a fantasy world I should remind you.

Thats impossible considering in the good ending of Fable TLC the hero destroys his mask and that is considered canon. So no Jack in Fable 2. We have Lucien to worry about this time.
