the technics has a way bigger platter than the other decks, so when you scratch ur scrathcing slower. On a cdj to get the same kind of scratch sound you need to make slower movements on the platter/ jog wheel. Think about it.

The type of CD and the if it is a burn CD the quality of the file all take place into the Technics tables.
I am sure he has a 128 file burned on a cd.

I recently bought a pair of SL-DZ1200's and got rid of my pioneers on ebay. wish I never listened to other people I should have bought these technics decks 2 years ago. I can finally scratch again. Nuff said. |
