15% IF it is as inefficient as most cars are..but it's not, the drivetrain loss isn't 15% because of ultra modern methods; the cylinders are plasma-coated! don't assume EVERY car has 15% or even 20/25% drivetrain loss being an AWD, i'm not saying what the hp is, who knows but the Nissan Engineers? all it NEEDS to do is use whatever it's hp is EFFICIENTLY, not HUGE numbers, and btw i don't like/dislike either...:P ok actually i love both :)...ZR1; what a monster, GT-R; what an engineering marvel

The horsepower for the regular GT-R is already about 550. 3 methods show this. 1) Simple equation torque x RPM all devided by 5252 gives horsepower. That is ~530hp. 2) In order for a car to maintain the performance of another it takes 10hp for every 100lbs. For a 3900lb GT-R to stay with a 3100lb corvette it needs 585hp. 3) It is said in Japan the GT-R makes 480whp. Factor in 15% drivetrain loss and you get 573hp.

WTF???? The Enzo cost about 1 Million US-$!!! The ZR-1 will cost around 100.000 $ maybe (the 1 Mio. is for a charity but I think you are too stupid to read this)... Oh and I'm not sure wheter the Enzo would win... Ferrari is just a piece of shit!

villfucker you are a dumbass. GM builds almost no carbon fiber cars yet they invented the clear coat that keeps it from turning yellow. Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, Bugatti, Nissan could not invent that. The ZR1 went around Nurburgring in 7:26.4 which is faster than any other production car. The regular GT-R has over 500bhp already and the Z06 can keep up with it on tracks. About the $1,000,000 did you not hear the money goes to charity and is tax deductable. No one would pay $1mil for a GT-R Vspec.
