Great info! Thanks for putting the graphic descriptions together for us who do believe in nutrition and whole plant foods for our health and well being. Since there are no trace minerals left in our soils, the only thing lacking is that in fruits. However, "sea vegetable plants" have that element in their makeup. Possibly the acai berry is grown in soil that trace minerals have been added. Need to check this out.
