Yeah, I was thinking that you could throw some zinc and copper in them and have a battery. I saw these videos by ncbookz where he uses coke, fruit, copper, and zinc to produce electricty. Maybe if the plant gathered high contents of zinc and copper close to the acidic fluids the plant would produce voltage. Who knows.

more than likely, this means a lack of humidity. These are tropical plants. there are 2 varieties, lowlanders and highlanders. Lowlanders require warm and humid conditions while highlanders require cool conditions with with less humidity. There are also hybrids between the lowlanders and highlanders, these make suitable house plants without requiring a terrarium as they don't require as much humidity. Sounds like you have a lowlander try misting every day or place in terrarium.
