It's all throws in Greco Roman style. Freestyle the wrestlers are a little more wirey built, I was a skinny guy in the freestyle amateur mat who was doing the Greco-roman throw style. My old Coach yelled at me for throwing the guy repeatedly. I lost the match by pin fall but lost by two points against the guy. I kept scoring my points by near fall but the guy I wrestled got one of his first points on me for having a PD move on him (potentially dangerous.)

everytime i get into fights and stuff i end up wrestling instead of boxing....can someone please tell me were i can find a good greco-roman wrestling center in Sydney Australia i couldent find any in the yellow pages

you forhot folkstyle. Folkstyle is like freestyle more or less. Freestyke is more throws, while flokstlye, which i do, is more technique wrestling. Freestyle and folkstyle usualy go hand in hand, but in folk, you can figure 4 the head not the body
