No there is not a lot more talent in the nba today, far from it. There is slightly better athleticism overall, but worse fundamentals (i.e. the basketball is worse). And no, you were not a spectacular athlete in the 80s if you could dunk. It was standard. And no, the nba did not only have a couple good teams in the 90s kiddo. Jordan beat 7 60+ win teams in order to win his 6 rings. Kobe has beaten 1, that's right, 1 60+ win team to win his 3 rings. Educate yourself on nba history.

When Kobe fans say he scored 81 points in a game they should really ask themselves. "Hey why didnt he do that scoring burst vs Boston when it mattered"? Let me guess it was too hard maybe it was but when you say Kobe is better than Jordan because he scored 81 points is stupid.

What I meant was there are 39 years olds that cant do sit ups let alone play in the NBA.Thats just fact and everything I said was relevant it was just not relevant to you because it wasnt what you wanted to hear.Kobe is no MJ face the facts the stats dont lie and you give Kobe fans a bad name the only thing you can refer to is 81 points.Youre just a huge Kobe fan that wants your guy to be better than Jordan but just like so many others you lose. i'm the biggest kobe fan of all...however, jordan currently is the greatest of all time...kobe is a close second in my book. perhaps with more titles or mvplike seasons he will very well eclipse him. the game has never seen two players with more passion or will to win. they are the top 2 players in the history of the sport. there piers would and have agreed.
