He's a little bit like his sister Rags to Riches but surely much better.Curlin wanna go to the Arc,why not this fellow?his pedigree suggests he is a dirt horse but dont forget his dam's Blushing Groom line which I think he is inherited.Arazi was excellent on turf and Lammtarra was an Arc horse. He has similar blood and similarly they are a stylish chestnut.

He is really one of the greats I've ever seen. I seldom say this. Excellent combination of looking, conformation, temperment and action.I've heard that his owner's ambition is to win the arc. From my experience on his movement,I am confident that he is top class both on the turf and dirt or comparatively much outstanding on turf cos he really got great turn of foot...

Forgive me if I can't take your moronic statements about racing in Japan seriously. You're just like the blind man who feels the trunk of an elephant and says "I see. An elephant is very much like a snake."
By the way. nobody accused you of running away from one of the worst pieces of handicapping in Triple Crown history--it was just assumed you would go to the mattresses until things cooled down.
On the bright side: maybe you learned not to
pound your chest until the horse you bet on wins.

I do not run from nothing I said......now you are going to sit there and tell me if the real Big Brown ran his race he would have lost to that bunch give me a fricken break.....and yes you are right 8189 Big Brown ran just as bad as the Japanese wonder PIG formally known as Symboli Rudolf came his last quarter against second tier AMERICAN HORSES...If it were not for the AMERICAN WONDER HORSE SUNDAY SILENCE JAP racing would be NOTHING.....

There's no mystery, really. Frankel advised Dutrow to reduce BB's electrolyte load. He would only do that if Dutrow told him or he saw that BB was getting fractious or rank as race day approached. One way to calm a horse down who might boil over in a race is to cut back on potassium (k+).
Even if Dutrow gave BB his dose, did he guess right giving the ferocious heat? BB gave signs in the holding area
(kicking) and during the race (agitation) of a horse with
low-level dehydration.
A shame.

Casino drive didnt even have to be in the race and big brown still lost. it wasnt suppose to be. did they find out what happened to Big Brown?

I need to ask the guy who wrote this what Big Brown's final quarter was. My sun dial broke. I also want to apologize for not believing him about the 12 1/2-length business.
He was frighteningly accurate: BB WAS 13 1/2 behind at the top of the stretch.
"YOUR IGNORANCE HUMORS ME
OU COULD HAVE TIMED CASINO DRIVES FINAL QUARTER "WITH A SUNDIAL... .LMFAO BIG BROWN BY 12.5"

End story:
Japanese horsemen "love for the horse", put the horse first!
Dutrow and IEAH "love for self", put me first.
very arrogant of them. I spoke with a trainer on belmont day, before the race and she said he wouldnt compete and when she saw the foot she said they must be crazy to think he would get a mile and a half on that. So you people can say all u want but they scratched CD for a bruise because it was best for HORSE. BB had no chance and pride got in the way!
grayantimatter (June 8, 2008 at 12:04 am)
Well, I wouldn't say POS. If they actually race the horse again (laughable I know) and he has some nice runs in the Travers or Classic, that would be nice story.
But having the trainer and some of the tools that were mouthing off humilated today, was pretty entertaining.
As soon as he asked Big Brown to run....nothing. And a lot of people, really weren't surprised. |
