I made this for a wine-tasting party. I had to triple the recipe for four pounds of chicken. I skewered a variety of veggies with it. I used the classic white (button) mushrooms, baby portabella mushrooms, and shitake mushrooms. The white and portabella mushrooms were good, but the shitake mushrooms were incredibly fantastic. I cooked the kabobs on the grill using wood charcoal rather than conventional charcoal briquettes. Once again, they were fantastic!
