well that cop said that this "balloon" as you call it, attacked him while it was hovering over the graveyard. his dicription of the "balloon" had big eyes dark skinned and had a hoodey. kinda like a witch.

To you all english speakers here is the deal: The one who recorded the video is the ovni club (old man speaking in 3:08)... got it? The first police man said that he saw 2 persons in black with long nails and feathers above the cementery the wish was filmed and the second one said that he saw a with (big eyes and hat) flying. I think that the ovni club wanted some attention like a scooby doo "monster" and they made the video with video edition or something.
