i saw this car at the us open and i asked the guy there and he said that its base price was 120k, they r coming out with a roadster later in 2009 but the current model is in market right now

No, the LF-A Roadster is going for $200k+. Its already been green-lit and buyers are applying for purchasing rights.

The car design front looks dull with no intensity matching those of EU supercars. Too much cheesy curves at some locations.
