That's wrong.Libs are trying the blanket indictment of Reps but u shld see th videos proving specifically Democrats who FOUGHT AGAINST DEREGS of FM AND FM. While Repubs generally prefer dereg they specifically called for it on these 2 & one committee had a hearing in which Franks and other Dems fought vigorously against it,got angry, implied tht unless one could PROVE some wrong doing "it doesn't need it" ignoring the concept of deregging ws to prevent abuses. DUH. Some are 2 b indicted. Yea!

One could easily do the same if they only took examples of extreme right wing ideologies and built cases with faulty logic from them.<<
Useing logic you can easily prove that all of obamas ideas are wrong. Yet he is supported in mass?

He's giving an OPINION - his own, newly formed opinion. He admitted being a liberal for most of his life... which lends itself to the logical conclusion that "he's already tried that line of thinking".
You just don't like the message, because you've never tried examining it from any point other than your present point of view.
I was a liberal when I was young. Then, I grew up. I still have SOME liberal views - few, but some. Destroying this country will destroy liberalism. It's suicide.

This guy is full of it, he's using isolated examples and examining things from only one perspective. One could easily do the same if they only took examples of extreme right wing ideologies and built cases with faulty logic from them.

I didn't follow this whole thread, but I have to assume you are talking about Grammer, Indiana. Otherwise, it must be "grammar." Like I said I wasn't following it, but something this critical to the coming election I just had to have my say. ;-)

I was really happy to see that Governor Palin in Southern California today or yesterday turned out a huge crowd, standing room only, and that the local leader of the NOW organization gave her introduced her to the crowd and & declared her to be a true feminist. Sounds like So. Cal is beginning to realize the failure of liberal governance.

hhn: actually, your explanation is an exaggeration of reality. Only 20% of subprime loans were under CRAs & GSEs. So, how can all the blame be put on Mae/Mac? That's a cop out. Practically every economist with any credibility puts the main cause of the financial crisis on DEREGULATION. Which we all know is a root ideology of the GOP. Having to go back against their own ideology is an admission of failure.
JamCamp06 (October 6, 2008 at 12:39 am)
And here is one for the neocon/palincon mindset.
"Right is wrong, wrong is right." Why conservatives feel they have the judgement to select a president is beyond me.
Hansie0Slim (October 5, 2008 at 10:30 pm)
This is an excellent explanation of the Liberal mind set: help spread the message.
"Good is evil, and evil is the victim of good."

Now Mr. Country First is going to try to win the election by attacking O.'s character. I hope the Big War Hero remembers to mention
how he was one of the disraced Keating 5 who
persuaded the justice dept not to investigate Charles Keating. One wonders why the liberal biased media doesn't do a little history on Senator McCriminal...I mean McCain. |
