That is true but many black employees receive lower salaries even when there is no difference in output with (or sometimes even when their output is higher than) their white coworkers. It's because many people consciously or unconsciously view black people as lazy, shiftless, degenerate, criminal and unintelligent, and thus don't want to "risk" giving them higher salaries or positions.

Your less likely to get hired if your the uncommon ethnicity/gender in an industry. Its not impossible but there is a reduction. Less people in a common industry means you have less people advancing and making the higher end salary. Thus making black person A in say Engineering not the same as white person B due to the internal engineering culture. Its not a racial discrimination thing. Their are tons of other factors thats just 1

Great Voice. Dislike the song tho.I know some ignorant person will call me racist for this, but isn't the national anthem for a nation? I didn't know black people had their own nation. Seperating people only fuels the fire of racism. If white people had a white national anthem would it be considered racist?
