Jimi was really cutting down on the LSD in the last year or so of his life, you can tell he's not on any. he was relying on more natural things, like meditation for his spiritual endeavors at this point. the fatigue is the year of nonstop touring, he would do two shows in a day often. remember, they often drove from gig to gig back then, flying wasn't as typical. and the gum, cottonmouth from Marijuana.

Joeocho88, LSD causes jaw tension, he was known for using LSD, maybe that explains his fatigue, forgetting the words, not so good performance, I mean its still good, just not one of the best.

When people used to use speed, they would have to chew gum because speed makes your mouth VERY dry! Maybe that explains that. GAWD, this brings back MEMORIES! I wish we could take it all back and show these kids now how to believe in something and make a difference WITHOUT all of the drugs that were going on back then. Viet Nam and drugs killed almost all of my friends.
