I have had the thought that energy and spirit are same. All is energy or All is spirit. Energy is process not object. Spirit is same. Spirit is flow - quality and flow. Energy is same. Spirituality is appreciation of connections of stuff. Science is hardnosed evidence based appreciation of same. The path into the subjective is fraught, a game of catching hold of the essential ephemeral and objectifying it. What IS energy, What IS spirit? As harshsmoke said, all perpectives aside, it IS.

Spirituality is completely devoid of religion and I wish people could understand that. Religion separates, spirituality IS.
