the reason they changed actress is because the origonal is like 60 now so her voice is too old for kerrigan

I'm pretty sure none of the gameplay took place on Char which is the lava planet that always looks dark and gloomy, the cinematics did though. Idk, I just can't see anything being gloomy when there's bright green grass right next to it.

Its their work. They plan things good before releasing. If the result is good or bad, players will say. But nobody can deny they really thought the best for the product.
