Forget it... To feel it you need a lot a chi, you can't just do it out of thin air.

Wait I don't quite understand what you meant, it's not that im dumb but can you explain it a little more clearly for me. I mean I poke my other hand with the two fingers in the middle of my other palm and try to feel it but I felt nothing. Did I do it wrong?

I realize that, and the guy performing these motions is obviously very skilled at it. But to my understanding, there are a few forms of tai chi (the martial art form, not the meditative) that are not typically taught to westerners. I hope I'm mistaken.
I really wish I could have met Master Moy Lin-Shin. From what I heard, he was a really cool cat.

Tai Chi is a bridge connecting the traditional Chinese culture to the rest of the world. It is an art belongs to all human beings!!

Tai Chi is a bridge connecting the traditional Chinese culture to the rest of the world. Why "never taught to non-asians"?

Is this the style that's supposedly never taught to non-asians? If not, I have a goal. If so, screw it, I still have a goal.

The 2 fingers point chi towards the sword for matter transferring. This helps guard the sword and make your strikes more powerful. If you think i'm retarded then try this... make you left hand flat and point 2 fingers from your right hand towards it. Poke your left hand once and finger around the poke. You will feel a small magnetic ball. |
