6G is a position for welding pipe or box tubing. and 5G I would consider the most difficult

instead of pulling straight up/out bring your weld back into itself slightly and i mean slightly 6010 you shouldn't be have a lot of holes maybe your too hot i run around 120 130 depending on the machine...

TheLightningStalker (July 15, 2008 at 8:56 pm)
Just looked it up, sounds like a real tough one
Really neat to try when you have the proper skills
BTW, (I'm still a beginner) how do you get rid of the hole at the end of a 6010/6011 pass?

Would you kindly share this information with us? Thank you.

And then again It would not be veterans
If you have heard of position 6GR Or 6G And you would stick with the rod you would wast the whole weld since that is the most dificult position to do and that is a position you learn once you can do 100% quality |
