It's HK$6000 for 40GB; HK$6500 for 60GB in Hong Kong. They are clearing stocks before lowering the price of U1010 3.5G from the current HK$12000.

ok. i don't own the Singapore dollar. it's not mine. I am Australian. Singapore airport shops take singapore dollars. i dont think thats very dumb.
I never said your quote or the other quote wasn't in US$. i assumed they were. if you do the maths $1200 is about the same as S$1700... atm. hence my comment on airport prices being generally high.
fyi. specs from fujitsu australia are "up to 3 hours". anyhow thanks
cirenow (March 21, 2008 at 10:41 pm)
it's 4hr spec. Reviewers use battery stress test, that's why it got 2.2 hrs. I was mentioning to Josephxxl in us dollar not your dumb singapore dollar ok? Not $2000 , but $1000. "$2000"-doesn't mean 2000 sing$
bundookie (March 21, 2008 at 1:20 pm)
where does 4 hours come from? the guy says 2. 2 hours is useless. If I could get 8 from it then I would buy one. Saw it for S$1700 in Singapore airport but these days airport prices are high. The only other thing I would like to see is some video out out option...

2 hour battery life is pretty pathetic for a book that size. |
