hmm... Is a person still "white" if they have black and white parents? I'll work to boost the white population lol. But, does that make me racist?

The White race is failing to reproduce at a replacement rate. We are the ONLY race that is dying out. We are already only 8% of the world's population. Abortion is one of the causes of our extinction. It has to stop.

I think we're on the same side of this issue indyattic. I guess I don't understand what counter-point your are making to my original post "abortion has become a disgusting vanity issue... violent act must be done away with".

No, I absolutely don't. If you want to make abortion undesirable, then you need to truly look at all babies as the miracles that they are. Babies are made when people have sex. All people have sex. Viewing babies as a "punishment" for having sex is the very sentiment that pushes many young girls into the abortion clinic. Carrying a baby to term is an honor, not a crime.

Pregnancy is the BLESSING of a union. The emphasis, socially, must be on the merits of marriage, responsible marriage. Do you agree?
indyattic (July 25, 2007 at 6:14 am)
As long as people view pregnancy as a punishment for having sex, there will indeed be a demand for abortions.

I too have been giving the subject of abortion a great deal of consideration over the last few years. One thing that comes to mind is this... there is almost none of the former 'shame' associated with sex and the oft consequense of pregnancy. The whole abortion thing has become a disgusting vanity issue for women and a convenience for men not wanting to take responsibility. I'm with you bambooduh, times have changed and this violent act must be done away with.

To Hell with income tax!!

I was pro choice until I heard Dr. Paul's take on the issue of abortion. Now I'm not sure. I agree that abortion is an act of aggression, and the fetus does have rights, but there must be some exceptions, like rape...
