you download a package from xbox live markat place. There are four packages, i got three. But be ready to save a buck, i have one and i had to put out 730.000 thousand for it. Only black though, lovely car. Enjoy!

It's included in Test Drive Collection 6 for the Xbox 360. The last DLC pack released for the game. The Sixteen is great cruising car, throw it in 6th and just melt the miles away.
