Indeed they do, but creative people breaking the norms and pushing the boundaries create the weirdest ( and best!) shit there is. Check out Missy Eliot's "Rain" video and Mars Volta's "L'Via L'Viaquez" video. Culture is the big influence, not race. It's all about how we choose to use our gray matter my friend.
