this man disturbs me. he uses Jesus to make up his own form of mysticism. Listen to him! its all about experiencing things and casting out and speaking and all this crap. none of it is about Jesus. It is so wrong.

there is a reason for the religious itch u got and its because of your something s wrong feeling, imho its god pushing u to investigate, do so! for ur or our frame of reference might be polluted.

i also recommend u to watch the "secrets of lucifer" series, which fits in nicely.
you must be careful, its war between good and evil. that are not just terms but forces, which ppl tend to take symbolically, but are actually as real as the world around you.
dont blindly follow religion, investigate, draw conclusions, be careful u dont pray to an fallen angel instead of god, just because you where taught to believe in something which looks nice but isnt.

i've been reading alot of this discussion and some things come to my mind.
-you guys like to fence with bible verses which should be read in context, and not applied at ur disposal, dont know if u just want to outsmart someone or something.
-be careful of your use of jesus. he is a profet, one of many. the tool of god not god itself. ppl praying to jesus dont pray to god that is idol worship, and that is forbidden.

So, you're saying that those who question Bentley are probably demon-possessed?
Bentley himself SAID he was possessed AFTER he had his "dramatic conversion experience." He hasn't had another conversion since then, that I know of, so it's certainly a possibility. He couldn't be possessed if he was a true Christian.

I don't believe a Christian or those N covenant with God can B possessed- only oppressed, but I wonder if we're trying 2 make too big a distinction--a spirit is a spirit. My friend's spouse was delivered from a demon (not infirmity) after getting saved. It threw them to the floor during a prayer meeting. Think of how many people get saved for example, in a Graham crusade. We should see demons coming out of people, but we don't. There are physical manifestations many times when they come out. |
