not true, try 3 to 4 weeks and then check they will be red but fully ripe and plump.those iberica look like bushes probly close together.

Ideally each plant would be allowed one square foot of soil. Less causes crowding and smaller plants will result.

you have to put them in its finally pots. Roots are very fragil! And is dificult to make a repot. Good luck!

If you want get seeds until the pod is dry, if you want get flowers cut every pod when the petals fall, If you want get opium then you have to make little cuts in the pods when looks like it is wet.
