This song is not about Americas civil war. It's about people fighting people over and over again under a shroud of patriotism. To think this song is about the war from 1861--1865 is just silly and laughable. The definition for civil is "Of or relating to citizens and their interrelations with one another or with the state" and we all know what war means. People are always at war and Axel just doesn't need that S**#!
