The official cause of this crash was Guerero lost control when his turbocharger spooled up and doubled his horsepower. He flat out lost control.

Something mechanically has to fail for it to be anyone else's but the drivers fault. Tire issues, bad conditions, fatigue are all the drivers job to control.
