i just got my nedi pot set yesterday. i came down with a light cold recently but i didnt want to use a bunch of cold medicices and nasal sprays because they all have woozy side effects. So i used the nedi yesterday and today (5mins ago). I personally recommend doing it twice a day for bad nasal congestion. And if its severe then maybe even three times a day. Today my nasal passages feel clear and without the side effects of drugs. Try It!!
