I heard read that when its finished and ready to live in, its not going it spin all the time, it will spin only in celebration days such as EID or Christmas

I bet it takes a LOT of energy to rotate all those floors. The wind turbines won't have any power left for the power suply etc

Nah. The floors are pretty damn heavy, so I don't think you'll have to worry about it spinning too fast.

It's all connected to the tower's stationary core. It's really brilliant how he thought of this.
